I don’t think that people chooses to enter the wilderness it is something that one is led into. Being refined in the wilderness is typically what happens when God sees you one way and you are still in the ‘becoming’ phase. The road to refining is not a one time thing, as you walk with God and grow in Him you will see just how He begins to burn off those things that do not produce fruit. Remember when Jesus curse the fig tree for not bearing fruit… Not saying that God will curse you for not bearing fruit, I’m just saying… 

Mark 11:12-14, On the next day, when they had left Bethany, He was hungry. 13 Seeing at a distance a fig tree in leaf, He went to see if He would find anything on it. But He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 He said to it, “No one will ever eat fruit from you again!” And His disciples were listening [to what He said].

My refining season has been nothing short of feeling it! What do I mean? I FEEL IT! LOL, I thank God though because even though this season feels like fire I trust that God is right there in the fire with me. I love God for just being in it with me, and not Him leaving me, even as I write this I get teary-eyed, because of His goodness. I am so undeserving but we serve a God of 2nd and 3rd and 77th chances. 🙌🏽

My life would be in shambles and a complete mess if I didn’t receive Christ at the age I received Him. I don’t ever want to do life without God. Okay, I will Bless the Lord at all times, and I am just grateful to share this with you all.
